Booking policy

We kindly ask for 24hrs notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment

A booking deposit of $50 is required to secure your appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled before 24hrs without the risk of losing your booking deposit.

Cancellation of your appointment on the day or not showing up to your appointment will result in automatically losing your booking deposit.

We ask that you respect and value our time and give us as much notice of any appointment rescheduling as we do have a wait list.

Arriving to your appointment

It is highly recommended to arrive 5-10mins prior to your appointment to reset, unwind and fill out our required client consultation form. Please ensure you arrive on time as arriving late may unfortunately lead to your treatment time being reduced.

When I first opened Instincts, we offered a full suite of beauty services, but over time, I was drawn to my true calling: skin health.
